Can you schedule appointments for me?

Yes we can!  We can book appointments using your existing calendar (Google Calendar, iCalendar or Office365).

Do I need my own phone number or do you provide me one?

We will provide you an assigned phone number with your local area code*.

You have 3 options you can choose:

  1.  You can simply forward your calls to this number using your existing phone provider.
  2.  You can publish this assigned phone number on your website, marketing materials, etc.. (please note we own this number and can’t transfer to you in the future).
  3.   If you don’t already have a phone number for your business, we highly recommend purchasing an affordable phone number from a provider like Phone.com.  You can forward this number to us, and publish this phone number on your website, marketing materials, etc.

* On rare occasions an area code is not available

Can I only forward calls to you part of the time?

Feel free to forward or stop forwarding your lines to us at your convenience.  This can be for all day, a few hours a day or a few days a week.  It’s totally flexible based on your needs.

What hours are your receptionists available?

We are available to answer your calls on Monday through Friday from 7am to 7pm CST.  

After hours, all voice mails will be delivered directly to your email.

What is Call Overflow?

If you’re struggling to get all of your calls answered by your existing staff you can choose to have your existing phone provider forward calls to us after they ring a few times in your office.  This way if you don’t get to it we will!

What are your prices?

All of our pricing information is available here.

We charge a simple monthly fee with no contracts.

Are all of your receptionists US-based?

Yes!  All of our agents live here in the U.S. and are able to answer your calls clearly and professionally.
